"I’ve gone to this location a few times since moving here. I don’t agree with all the great reviews for this place. The work is rushed and sloppy. My last visit, my long-haired dog (with particularly thick hair) was “finished” with his full bath, haircut, and nail trim in about an hour. Hair trim was not even around his body, hair behind harder to get places was untouched, nails could have been dremeled/smoothed over. The worst part is there was apparently a small toddler (maybe 3-4 years old?) being babysat in the OPEN ROOM right next to the front desk and bathing area for the day my dog was scheduled to get a haircut (the overall space of the whole facility is pretty small). This is not only inappropriate, but extremely dangerous for both the child and any dogs that come in for their haircut. My dog is not aggressive towards people or children, but he most certainly is very stressed around kids younger than 10 or so. Upon leaving from my last visit, I noticed that 1) my dog did not look like he got much of a haircut, and 2) my dog was very stressed and upset, likely from having a loud toddler playing next to their dog crate area they have up front. The truly comical part was the signing of an accident waiver for my pet during his last grooming visit… yet the owners thought it was okay to watch a small toddler in the same small facility without any actual barriers or space between the child and dogs. I will not be returning to this location."

However she has been to the vet and now finally to the groomer. She has not went anywhere really , and Tanya was absolutely wonderful. I cried to see just how beautiful my dog, my Lady really is..."
