"I don’t normally come on here to leave reviews n stuff but every single time I order from here it’s seems like my order is wrong. Not saying this to be mean or rude just hopefully this reaches the right person so you guys can do better!!"

"This location has an issue that McDonald's probably cannot rectify. Homeless people and drug and alcohol abusers. It's the location at the East side of the Hagerstown Maryland downtown area, a place of many very low income families, many of whom live only on governmental funds and programs. This, this McDonald's wouldn't be a stop, if traveling with family, I would bring them into. Yes, the restaurant does extremely well with their drive thru service. Fast, attentive, and great at getting your food order right."

"witnessed the manager treat another customer with complete disregard and disrespect. She snatched the money out of the mans hand and then lied to his face saying she didnt do that and then got very rude with him saying you want it or not and this man was not rude with her at all until she did this. With that said I will not be entering that establishment ever again. To witness someone be treated less than because of their race or anything like that places a very bad taste in my mouth. I do hope this is rectified soon but as for my experience I have found that this said franchised location has a toxic reputation and I will not be a part of such as a customer, thank you. Furthermore I will be posting this on Yelp and other forums."
