"Went to this location tonight and had the worst experience !! Employees barely speak English and have horrible attitudes !!! This one particular employee Hansley is one of the most ruddiest people Ive seen by far !! She cut me off continuously and had an attitude the whole time I was being serviced !! Hansley Definitely needs to seek employment elsewhere !! While I was there I did speak to the the manager on duty and he said and did absolutely nothing .: While they all sit around and laughed !! I will be contacting corporate on my horrible experience"

"Waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru, which is fine and understandable on a Saturday evening. Our simple order of a #1, which is a Chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. A choice of spicy or regular. I clearly said regular. I was specifically asked a second time "spicy or regular?" For the second time I clearly said "regular"...Take a guess what I received."

"The guy they have on drive thru is so un professional with his “whaaaat?” “that’s it?” “what you say??” “EXCUSE ME!” with his all confused loud voice. He sometimes doesn’t even know what’s on the menu and sounds so confused about what I just ordered. They need to put someone on drive thru who have proper customer service experience and doesn’t make you repeat you order like 5 times. This was 6:30pm on 01/27. He obviously doesn’t care about customer service or his job with the way he talks to customers and takes the orders."

"Came for 5 piece blackened chicken strip combo and a 12 piece ghost pepper wing combo. By the looks of the picture, I’d say they got it wrong. The manager is fine. The work staff needs a complete overhaul. Basura."

"On a road trip with my pups and one of them loves fried chicken. We decided to stop here to get her some fried chicken in a little for me to. I ordered the red bean and rice And the mashed potatoes to go along with my three-piece dark meat spicy fried Chicken. The chicken was temperature hot and the skin was so crispy. The red beans and rice was pretty good and so was the mashed potatoes. The lady at the drive-thru was very professional and polite. I stopped inside to use the restroom and the ladies room did not smell fresh but it appeared to be clean. Maybe just need some air circulation in there. what's interesting is on my way out of the restaurant I noticed they had a Japanese lucky cat statue a large one on the counter that was interesting. I wonder if this franchise is owned by an Asian person or family. I I love cute versions of the lucky cats and have several myself. It was nice to see it and it just caught my eyes. I would come back again if I happened to be driving by and I hope that they will fix the air circulation in the ladies room."
