"I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts in Maugansville, MD, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The older gentleman at the front register struggled with using the app, leading to delays and confusion in processing my order. Upon receiving my food, two sandwiches were incorrect. When I attempted to have my order remade, I was informed that I needed a receipt, despite the fact that it was the staff's error. I was also told that I was the one who ordered incorrectly. I found this lack of customer service disappointing. Even when I initially communicated my order to the older gentleman, the sandwiches were still incorrect upon receipt. One time mistake is okay, but twice is unacceptable. Only after returning to the store and encountering a different staff member did I receive sandwiches that were finally made accurately. The inconsistency in service and the inconvenience I faced make it clear that customer service was lacking. Regrettably, based on this experience, I won't be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts location."

"Awful service today 10/13/23. Gentlemen at the window was in such a rush to serve me my coffee . I asked him to scan my code he claims he did but I had a promotion that wasn’t applied because he lied didn’t scan the code . Then I hand him my card for payment he is rude and working fast hands me my card back I’m trying to put it back in my wallet he pushing my drunk out the window in a rush the drink is spilling out the top I asked for napkins he hands me another straw I said no I need napkins for my drink that is spilling over onto my pants . His response was rude and snappy . Rolled his eyes and stated come on sheesh . Awful window service for simple 8.00 dollar coffee . Thanks but no thanks Dunkin ."

"They hired me and only worked me for a day because they were under staff. It was very disgusting where the food is stored there mouse feces everywhere. They didn’t pay me for my 6 hours and would not call me back because they kept lying saying they paid me with direct deposit that I don’t even have. When I try to call they hang up on me and won’t respond. Very disrespectful aswell."

"Seems the drive through is so busy the lobby barely gets much love it is impeccable. The staff seems like they're having a great time most of the time. Orders get pumped out quick and on point. Food items served and prepared methodically. Double Ds Always Delivers."

"Out of all the Dunkin Donuts I’ve went to, this one is my favorite. The inside is nice and clean. Donuts are fresh and my iced lattes are always made perfect..never bitter. Plus they don’t try to nickel and dime you by overcharging for almond milk. Menu says 50 cents and that’s exactly how much they charge. Staff is very friendly and nice. The set up of the drive thru window looks like the building was once a bank so not the easiest drive thru to maneuver through if you have a big vehicle or truck and sometimes the line can get a little backed up in the morning because the parking lot area is a little small but it’s well worth these tiny inconveniences. This is my new coffee stop in the mornings because of the quality and consistency."
