"These employees were filled with HAGERSTOWN attitude. I ordered a build your own cravings box. I pulled up got a chalupa for $5. I asked where the rest of the food was. She said that is all that came over. The app doesn't let you look at your order. I started to reorder the right thing. The manager comes to the window, "you need to get off my timer" huh? "You need to get off my time and go back around"... very rude. Said she couldn't take back the $5 chalupa for my right order. I won't be back to this location.. very rude"

"Charged me $2.69 for 2, $2.00 burritos. When it was pointed out that my total was nearly $2 over what it should've been, I was brushed off and heard snide comments from both staff members I tried to address the issues with. Will NOT be eating at this establishment again. Even if they hadn't over charged me, you don't make snide comments about customers as if they aren't able to hear you."

"My most recent drive-thru experience was excellent. My go-to steak soft tacos were delicious! I don't often eat at this location, but the one time I ate inside, I was also very impressed. A word of warning, this store is built on a very small piece of real estate and I would suggest being on the lookout for unexpected customers exiting the door right by the drive-thru."
