Can't blame the drivers the company has gone down hill fast in the past year Service is horrible! I have read the company Deerpark/ReadyFresh is involved in a merge... doesn't make sense to destroy your customers base. SMH"

"The worst of the worst. Every interaction with company is a disappointment. They don't show for deliveries, I have mine once in a month and they simply skipped and told me we are full , so see you next month. If you also order other products, they don't deliver them complete. There is always something missing. Their system is obsolete, drivers deliver what they want, not what you ordered. Simply terrible!!!! Dont waste your TIME with this company."

"We have been loyal customers since 2010 with Deer Park and have had no problems until they became Ready Refresh. The delivery date has been pushed back by two weeks. We operate a dental office that needs distilled water for our instrument sterilizer and now need to send an employee out to buy some from a store. We also have to go to the store to provide water to our employees. Do not do business with Ready Refresh until they get their deliveries back on schedule. We have had to sign up with another water delivery company to secure water for our employees and our equipment."

"These reviews are accurate. I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years. When they first started my delivery they were on time. That changed, over the last two years, the delivery has become sporadic and non-existent. They will not pick up all my bottles and when I call to have them pick the bottles up, they promised they would be out the next day, which never happened. When I call about no delivery they promised to be delivered on a specific date, that date has changed twice already, still waiting along with my 8 bottles on a 5 bottle monthly. The only thing that is consistent is their billing. They never missed billing me, even when I did not receive my order."
