"I’m really not impressed with the lack of customer service Taco Bell offers. One I order my food with added on nacho cheese and then there isn’t any on it. So of course as anyone would they go inside and of course there are problems right away. I go back and get the receipt that says nacho cheese on it and they still want you to pay extra to get new tacos with nacho cheese, thankfully, but give me barely any meat to enjoy the taco. Really pissed me off how often they mess up my order and my friends orders. And thanks for taking more money from me for me not to enjoy my food!"

"I love Taco Bell, but this trip to the Taco Bell in Greencastle, PA just off of Interstate 81 was a terrible trip. As you can see by the pictures that the taco had extremely little meet, all three shells I had were broken, and the amount of other toppings were very limited. You know it is bad when all three tacos together were thinner at the top then the soggy bottom. Most of that was lettuce because it doesn't lay flat. I have been going to Taco Bell for over 30 years, and this is the first time I have ever thought of writing a review for poor product. I can't believe you can blame this on a new employee, usually they would put too much in."
