I recently had an interaction with the owner where he lost his temper and hung up on me after telling me he didn’t care about my business. Maybe he was having a bad day but that just isn’t going to work. I’m a professional who has worked in the financial industry for over two decades. Inexpensive rates are not worth being treated the way John Shields treated me. You can do better by going somewhere else. Gave two stars because they used to be great"
