"My Wife and I recently ate at this Taco Bell located on Sharpsburg Pike. The manager "Q" was working the counter and was very helpful and polite to us. There was a piece of equipment back in the prep area that was emitting some smoke and the manager "Q" was very apologetic and had the situation resolved quickly. We feel that Manager "Q" should be commended for his professional demeanor in handling this situation. We will revisit this Taco Bell."

"This is the greatest taco bell location in the area. Its a shame they are never busy, every time i come its the same Kid in drive through, John, or Phillip, whatever he deems his name is for the day. he is always calm, and friendly, and whenever i have a mess up with my order he always fixes it. Even when i give him attitude he stays calm and assures me that its gonna get fixed. Eric is also an incredible manager, always calm and kind."
