"Ordered on app 2 hours before pick up time . Order not ready for pick up at time. Took 45 minutes to make food. I was the only customer. Food was cold and undercooked. Walk up customer came in they told them it would be 35 minutes for a dozen wings. They put all the flavors of wings in 1 container with no dividers. Never go to wing stop. Service food and atmosphere are horrible."

"I recently ordered takeout and although the wait time was a bit longer than anticipated, there was a really friendly young man with blonde hair at the front who not only helped me with my drinks but also engaged in a delightful conversation. I highly recommend giving this place a try! And oh my goodness, the lemon pepper and atomic wings were absolutely delicious."

"My order was placed online. I waited 1 hour and 50 minutes and THEN manager said he didn’t have the order, may have given it to another person. I asked for a refund and he said I couldn’t have one I would have to wait another hour for another order to be prepared. Absolutely not! I’ve already waited nearly 2 hours! After I declined he said my money would return in 2-7 days and refused to give me receipt of refund, nor swiped my card or asked for my order number. I’ll never see that money and have no dinner tonight. Horrendous!!!! Trash location with even more trash employees."

"My mother ordered from wing stop in Hagerstown, MD tonight for dinner at 5:46 pm and it was to take 18-23 minutes. We got there 15 minutes after ordering and didn't get our food until 6:49 pm. We gave the benefit of the doubt and tried this place again (the last time we ordered from there they messed up the order and food was absolutely horrible and they forgot stuff). This time the old bay wings were so hard they couldn't eat them. The fries were so cold because they did not wrap them just set them in the back loose. We ended up throwing them away. They did not send any veggie sticks like ordered and when I called was told to come back to get them. We are not that close to the place. We wanted a refund and they said 5-7 days. Asked for confirmation sent for the refund and the manager told the girl that he couldn't send confirmation. I will be following up with corporate. Never again will we go there. WV store had better service and food then them."
