"I have been a client at this insurance company for over 25 years, as well as my daughter for nearly 20 years with never an issue....until the past 6 months. Trying to get a car rental reimbursement of $659.11 since Dec.2020 when my daughter was broadsided by a Travelers Insurance client. No one at Maseychik will get this settled for us and I am about to get my lawyer involved. Incidentally, Maseychik also are agents for Travelers insurance and I am beginning to feel they are favoring the Travelers client over my daughter. I am going to find another insurance company if this doesnt get settled soon. 5/17/21. Prospective clients beware: After contacting the PA Insurance Commissioners office, I was informed it is the law that no agency has to reimburse a client involved in an accident for car rental, even if it's not your fault and you dont pay for auto rental insurance. It apparently doesnt matter how exceptional a client you are. Therefore we have no recourse but to go after the person who caused the accident legally which I intend to do. Also since this agency will not have my back in good faith, I will find other insurance....even if I have to pay for rental insurance afterall."

"My elderly Aunt was referred to this agency through a neighbor of hers who claimed they were one of the best Erie Agency’s around. My Aunt is a long time customer of Erie insurance, I believe well over 20 plus years. She had some questions she needed to get answered , as she was getting some conflicting info from her current agent. When she called this agency and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Frank he was EXTREMELY rude to her. He would not answer any of her questions. The questions she was asking were of a generalized nature. Now keep in mind, she is already an Erie customer as well as my husband and I. She was contemplating going to another Erie Agency, and certainly not to this agency after this experience! If this is the way they treat a potential customer, I shudder to think how you would be treated if you were actually their customer. I have been in customer facing positions my entire life and would never treat a person like this agency treated my Aunt. I think it’s about time both my Aunt and myself look for a different Insurance Company all together. Erie Insurance Corp. you really should investigate how your agencies are handling your current and potential customers."
