"I was with Allstate for renter for years and decided to bring my auto over as well... After becoming unsatisfied with not receiving proper quotes and not receiving call backs about the misquotes I went somewhere else. Now while I was a customer they were polite but when I called to tell them I was canceling my policy Liz was rude, placed me on hold after having a conversation while I was on the phone and pretty much hung up on me. I literally saved almost 300 dollars by switching my insurance. They may not have been the agency's but Allstate's either way no reason to be rude."
