"I door dash from this taco bell regularly. They know my nacho grande order. They make it look amazing and always give me some smiley faces on my drink cups or the plastic cover. "Ordered ahead using the app since there was 6 of us (3 kids, 2 aged 5). Order was ready, hot, correct (including special requests) wanted to leave a survey, but I couldn't see the code. Thank you for making a snowy day easy! Even when we walked in we were greeted by the staff warmly."
"I walked in and stood at the counter. I waited patiently for someone to acknowledge me. They never did. So I asked if anyone was working the counter. The girl informed me that someone would be waiting on me, but she had no idea who. She went back to serving the drive thru. No one came, and no one waited on me. So I turned around and as I was walking out the girl that originally spoke to me said, "I'm sorry. I'll take your order now." Too late. Apparently, they don't need my business. Went to Wendy's and received much better service."
