"New review: Jan 2024 Apparently they are only doing Door Dash orders. So if you want Wendy’s food, I guess you have to use doordash now. I stood at the counter for 10 mins and was never even acknowledged. I’ll take my business to Sheetz now. Thanks! Review below was 3 stars in 2022. A little disappointed this time. My Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe was like a hockey puck and the bun seemed borderline hard like when they stale. My fries were barely warm and obviously the bottom of the basket. The majority of them were too small to dip in ketchup without coating your fingers. I guess when you use an any size for a $1 coupon, you get the leftovers. Cashier was nice. Dining room was clean and open. A rarity in this area."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered online and they give you cold cold hamburgers straight out the refrigerator like you guys can’t feel it’s cold. If you don’t want to work here and trying to give cold food to your customers you guys are going down hill and I would contact the health department on you guys shame on you Wendy. Not only once but twice that this happened."
