"The store was disgusting. The bathrooms were filthy. There were bugs. The soda machine was broken and we were not told before ordering. When we asked if she could fill our drinks behind the counter she told us no. Therefore we paid for drinks we didn't get. Service was less than 1 star. They were irritated if they had to get off their phone to help a costumer."

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating, bathroom could have used attention and a changing table. They have plenty of space in there. Lobby is very nice, with a relaxing lounge area. Food was tasty and and reasonably fresh, but my sandwich was just a bit skimpy. Corporate issue there, I'd assume."

"This store was the worst Wendy's store. Cold food, expired condiments, cursing, yelling, and no washing of hands after smoke breaks. The manager, a older woman, snatched the burger from my husband, when he spoked to her about getting a hot sandwich, threw it in the trash, and told him he could have a refund, but she is not making a new sandwich."

"They served me two salads with black/brown pieces of rotten lettuce. The manager, an older woman, very rudely told me there was only one piece of rotten lettuce in the salad when I gave them back and politely asked for a refund. She needs to be educated on salmonella and other forms of food poisoning, and how one piece of rotten lettuce in a bowl with other lettuce can make her customers very sick. I will be reaching out to corporate."

"The food was okay for fast food. The kid that makes the sandwiches was sitting in the dining room with plastic gloves on our arrival. The kid was in his cell phone. I watched the kid walk into the kitchen to make our sandwiches and NEVER changed his gloves !! Did he use the restroom with those gloves on ? The prices on the other hand, maybe I am showing my age but the prices are outrageous for fast food ! The floors in the dining room were sticky, you could see were soda had been spilled and not mopped. There was no customers in the restaurant at 5 pm on a Sunday, the floors should be mopped. Maybe that should be a sign, Wendy’s being empty at 5pm on weekend?!"
