"No matter the date time or occasion if i order thru door dash or if i go to this location myself. The last 5 orders have had mistakes. Tonight i order a large frosty. I am charged for said frosty & you want to believe I got the frosty. Nope. I was informed that “we are out of frostys” then proceeded to hand me a large water as a substitute & did not offer a refund. Absolutely terrible management. I will now be driving to Martinsburg or Hagerstown rather than this location due to the incompetence of your employees of this location"
