"They can never get the order correct. If You want sauce with your order make sure you check before you drive off they never put the sauces in. It’s beyond aggravating. You have two jobs….put the chicken in the bag and put the sauce in there. Epic fail."

"Food was fine but today the service sucked. Went around 4:30pm. Waited a little bit in the drive thru (about 10 minutes) as the line was moderate. Ordered dark meat for one of the meals and was told 5 minutes after getting drinks at window. Not a big deal. However, it took over 15 minutes of waiting and after a different person who was also waiting after me for their food went in the restaurant to check on their order (3 cars in total waiting, 1 before me, myself and one after me), someone walked out with food (went to the wrong car at first), finally got food and drove home. Should have checked bag after waiting for so long as they forgot 3 items in my bag so had to go back again. Hopefully this was a fluke as I usually have no trouble here. Not a good experience today!"

"Tried to call them they won't answer, when we got home we were missing our Cole slaw...no biggie but our apple pies are sour and one feels like it wasn't fried at all. We had to wait for 10 mins for ghost wings..when they brought our order out the shrimp were missing and the extra gravy. The young man was very nice and ran back in for them. Sad part is if they had answered the phone ya'll would never have seen this. Needless to say we won't be back"

"All this talk about Popeyes, so finally experienced it in a “to go” way at this particular location (road-trip). The sandwich was good in and of, itself; plump and moist chicken breast but yet very crispy (lopsided, see pics). However, the lack of customer service was terrible! My husband informed me “it’s all part of Popeyes.” The girl behind the counter looked miserable and had no urgency at all when it came to line of customers who got out of their vehicles in the pouring rain to come in. Sorry Popeyes, this was not a win; Chick Fil A is my go-to because the service is always fast and pleasant; the food amazing. #glasscitydotfoodie"

"I never do this But I always get the same thing mild tenders looked like it was in fryer for 2 seconds the lightness on the tenders was insane to me. Inside was pink I went back In and showed manger she said what’s wrong with it I said would you eat that urself ? She said that’s how they always look I said look I’ve never seen tenders from here like that in my life. Offered me a chicken sandwhich wouldn’t give money back. Place is ran by kids with no real supervision Dam place needs to be shut down before they kill someone. I thought maybe was just slightly underdone but I showed to 3 different family members and all said was raw. I literally ate here 2-3 times a week with no problems all I asked for was to make it right. What a joke end of rant"
