"I understand that Allison does a good job at doing hair, from what I have heard anyways. Which is why this business probably gets good google reviews. But, whenever you refuse service to a 78 year old grandmother (who has been going there for years because she likes how she does her hair) for being 20 minutes late for a 9 am appointment is extremely heartless. She is 78 years old and she wasn't feeling well that morning but she was still determined to get down there to make her appointment only to get refused! Now she is afraid to go back and I do not blame her. That insident alone is not the only occasion. She has felt like she has been ignored in this establishment in the past. For as long as she as been getting her hair done there, you would think she would get better treatment. I will be going further with this unless my grandmother gets some sort of an apology for the way she has been treated."
