Locust Post Brewery

"Had a wonderful time at Locust Post! We stopped at this brewery on our roadtrip from Virginia to Ohio and loved the great beer and delicious pizza. The brewery was very welcoming to our pup as well which was nice. The views were amazing and it is definitely a must visit stop if you’re in the area."

"Just off the freeway, easy to get to. The owners make fantastic beer and food. We had the pizza and pretzels, they were really good. Good live music on the patio coupled with a fantastic view makes for a wonderful informal dining experience. Thank you, would live to come back if in the area!"

"Stopped by here while going on one of our random adventures. We both loved this brewery! The pizza is awesome, the location is awesome and they are also pet friendly in the outside areas. The beer was great, the owner was incredibly nice and we noticed he went from table to table to make sure everyone was doing well and to introduce himself. We live about a hour away but will definitely be making the trip back. Can't say enough good things about this place! Make the trip!"

"Great little place to visit. Fun and quirky. We came on a day where they had music and some art vendors. Didn't sample the beer or the pizza but heard both are pretty good. The wine was just OK and they carry Western Maryland Lemonades which was good. The decor is really cool."

"My group had a great time camping at Locust Post! My group of 8 reserved the 2 adjacent camp sites the farthest away from the brewery. The drive up camp sites are well maintained and include a fire ring as well as a picnic table. We had ample tree cover as well as plenty of room to setup a rather large camp with numerous vehicles. From the campsite, you can walk to brewery in about 5 minutes which is a major perk. Our group definitely took advantage of this during our stay. Several of us utilized the superlative shower and bathroom facilities as well as had a nice evening at the brewery filled with live music, pizza and solid brews! Tony and Denise were more than welcoming and did a wonderful job making sure our stay was enjoyable. Overall, what a unique camping experience that is a perfect weekend getaway!"
