"Lots of people have had great experiences, but I've had terrible experiences with them. Just go through every detail and ask for copies of your papers every time, because then they can simply terminate the contract without finishing your business. What I have already encountered with them. If you are trying to sign a contract with Dzubow & Pilcher, PLLC, please discuss with them every detail you need and what you will be charged for. Because in 2019 I hired this agency and signed a contract with Todd. Later in 2022, I had a trial, at first Todd agreed to work with me, but then he said that he was busy and that someone else would work, I agreed. then I started working with Ashley. we were preparing and 2 weeks before the end she had an emergency, she wanted to reschedule the date of the trial. I didn't want to postpone the trial and asked if Todd or someone else could take over, the answer was "NO" and they just told me that I could get another lawyer and leave them, when only 2 weeks left to the trial. When I found a different lawyer, i found out that nothing is really ready to the trial and when requested a copy of the documents from them, they simply didn't have time. I had to email them 4-5 times just to get my documents. So they just didn't try to help me. All I've heard is that an emergency can happen, you have to understand us. I understood them, but who will understand me when I have been waiting for the trial for more than 3 years. They took money from me for every movement, although this was not in the contract. So be careful, they take money for every second, for every move. Nobody cares about you in this agency."
