"Whether you want to go fishing, have a family picnic or just walk along the river this is a great place. There are lots of dog walkers and they don't always keep their dogs on a leash, so if you're bringing your dog be aware of that. With that in mind, I've never had an issues. Across the street is the "Arboretum" which is pretty cool, pretty much just an extension to the park with a small jungle gym for kids a tennis court and a few small picnic areas."
