"I had really poor experiences at Pharmacy section of this CVS pharmacy, for the first time, I ignored and forgiven , but then thrice this happened??. I never write reviews but had to write this one to warn other customers and staff working here. I had been treated poorly by one of the pharmacy guy( old man) who appeared very cranky to find the order I requested. I was paying out of my pocket and not asking for any favor! but the guy was behaving as if he was doing favor by looking for the order I requested. I kept my cool understanding that this guy might be having a bad day! But on another day another time, again, he was pretty much annoyed to deal at the pick up counter. Third time, I had to call two- three times to check if my prescription is available with CVS, but they couldn't be able to supply the simple stuff prescribed on time of need and they didn't even bothered to give any satisfactory answers to my questions about the prescription. All I heard from the pharmacy representative is "I DON'T KNOW "... people come to pharmacy for a reason, if u don't know the answer, you should not be behind that phone! Please treat your customers well."
