"We installed our panels earlier in the year, working with Jordan Gruzinski. Jordan was great to work with, providing us with a ton of information and just as much patience. Honestly, we were hesitant to sign on with a big company, but we never felt like "just another number". Jordan's personal touch, without being over-the-top, was outstanding. The entire process, including a wicked-fast and professional installation, was a pleasant surprise and we are VERY happy with the outcome. This alone would make me give a high rating; however, I purposely waited to share this review. I wanted to see how the planning/engineering turned out over a significant time. In a word, great! Just got an email from Delmarva confirming our average monthly cost to them is simply the cost to be connected to their infrastructure...as planned! That's not to mention the several SRECs we've received in the same timeframe. A job very well done and worthy of 5 stars."

"My experience working with Jordan was awesome. I was relentless with questions, but he was always professional and never seemed to grow weary with explaining things a second..or even a third time. He reviewed all options with me and helped me make an informed decision. He is always available and never seems to take a break. I also have to mention Chris who surveyed my roof.....of course I had questions for him, but he willingly made time to answer all my concerns. The installers, Anthony and Scott were incredible...they were here all day and never gave up getting the job done, even when it rained. The process overall was exceptional....I was always informed at what stage we were in and even the emails and phone calls with Matt to get the system started were timely, kind and considerate. You never feel like anyone from Sunrun doesn't have time for you. Last, there was a minor repair needed and Carlton came to the rescue. He was efficient and nothing was too much trouble, not to mention very good at his job. Through it all Jordan was reassuring me everything was going as planned. So happy I made the decision to go with Sunrun. Jordan, you were right.....the very best team ever!!"
