Reviews of Hollow creek trail parking
"Very nice for walking. The only bad part is the gun noises sometimes but other than that it’s a pretty peaceful place for family walks."
"We took the pavement/stone path and we liked it. It was fairly flat and we only walk half mile in and then back. We did not finish the whole thing yet."
"The Richard M Nixon county park is only about a 1/2 hour drive away from Hanover. Lots of meandering beautiful and magical trails surround and lead to the nature center in the woods. There are wooden steps, Dirt trails, Wooden bridges, Benches to relax on, and lots of beautiful streams and creeks to enjoy. I just absolutely loved hiking there. I plan on going back to investigate some of the other trails!"
"Kept clean and clear, allowing us to see a lot of wildlife, Nixon Park is one of our favorite spots to take the kids. Information and clearly marked trails all over, it is an engaging walk or hike."
"I take my toddler here to go on walks occasionally, it is a very nice and safe area to come and get outside. The trail is not very difficult so smaller ones will have no problem with the trail. The trail is not paved it is gravel so you just have to watch our for holes after it has rained but we always have a great time here. There are also some benches along the trail to rest of need be."
