"Do yourself and everyone else a favor by continuing north for another two minutes (1.1 miles) and stop @ Royal Farms instead. The extra mile will payoff big time in peace of mind! This specific 7-11 truly couldn’t be less committed to customer service if they tried. I have personally seen other customers being treated poorly and had several bad experiences of my own at this same location within the last year and a half or so. One day I purchased two Red Bulls and they neglected to mention that they were two for three, when I realized my mistake while walking out, they actually told me that it was my responsibility to be aware of the deal. A few months later, I noticed my change was short by $5 and today, I paid $1.50 for air to inflate my tires, only to realize the machine didn’t work. Although my initial instinct was to simply drive off and let it go, as I wasn’t really that surprised, I decided on reasons of principle (and past experiences) to go in and tell them that I had just lost $1.50 in their “7-11” air and vacuum machine. The clerk, who appeared to have a vested interest in the store, nonchalantly shrugged her shoulders and told me “We have nothing to do with it”. To which I replied with a smile and said “Ok, Thank You!”. Perhaps needless to say, I will never visit this 7-11 again and strongly recommend that others heed this warning as well. Importantly, I think it’s worth noting, that while my experience is obviously anecdotal, I do believe that it is indicative, as well as a clear expression of the overall philosophy of the management. Consequently, I feel as though by avoiding this store, we all do each other a favor in saying “No!” to businesses which clearly do not value their customers."

"Horrendous customer service. If you want to be treated like a farm animal, minus any semblance of respect, then this is the place for you. The cashier was incredibly rude and laughed as I walked away annoyed by their obviously disrespectful attitude. I don't understand why anyone in their right mind would be so patronizing towards a customer from the start, without any provocation on my part. Completely ignored my greeting when I entered. That man is costing you customers."

"Don't go to this place they close the restroom just because I want to use the restroom but it says out order,but i saw one of it employee coming out of the restroom that means they closed the restroom just because they want to. i pass here almost every day because my guys like it food. i don't by i put gas almost every week to the truck."

"I’m a Door Dash Delivery Driver. I went here on 10/29/2021. It was late 2:40am in the morning, I had to relieve myself, so before picking up my order at the front counter, I used the ladies room. At that’s where it went down hill. It was your typical gross gas station bathroom, but after reliving myself, I went to wash my hands. There was no soap!! Then I tried the hand sanitizer, there was none!! So I walked across to the men’s room (which was not occupied), again no soap, no sanitizer. No hand sanitizer in any of the sanitizer dispensers around the store. I approach the Clerk and asked his name. He wouldn’t give it to me. I asked him for some soap or sanitizer. He had none. I said, “the whole entire store has none?? What? Sir, how are you washing your hands? Don’t you have any soap back there?, Referring to behind the counter. He said, something to the effect that “7-Eleven doesn’t have any.” I couldn’t believe it!!!! He was preparing hot foods all night during his shift for customers without soap or hand sanitizer?? I went to my car and used my own sanitizer provided by Door Dash. I handed him the bottle and told him he could keep it. He tried to give it back to me, and he just laughed at me. I gave him back the order of food, I refuse to serve that to anyone. Honestly it wasn’t even hot food. It’s the principle that there’s no way possible that man hasn’t had to go to the bathroom at least once and then he’s serving people hot food. I reported this to Door Dash and upon leaving I noticed that every single gas pump that was outside had signs for hand sanitizer but the dispenser had been ripped off of each pole. I don’t support this kind of behavior. I refuse to have anything to do with this store, that man, and the conditions under which I found the place. This is a serious health code violation."
