Reviews
"Nice place to stop and take in the views of the Patapsco River."
"Depending on the water level the alligator look doesn't jump right out at you. It definitely looks like an alligator from the air. Parking is limited and the hike is down a flat abandoned paved road. Keeping wondering down the trail and you will find ruins from the town of Daniels and Daniels Dam."
"cool little spot right off the trail. I don't know if it looks like an alligator. It could be a river serpent. Or the arm of a stone giant. Or anything your imagination desires to see."
"Fun area to hike around and explore"
"This is a neat stop along the Alberton Road/Daniels Dam section of the Patapsco State Park. There was also a cool cliff overlooking this area where people rock climb."
