"I was fooled at first. 8 appointments for 1 root canal, which is still incomplete and hurting-another appt for another root canal, which left me with a hole in my mouth, no filling and no root canal. I was sent out in a state that I’ve determined is a state of dental malpractice. I’ve contacted insurance for alternative treatments and to document my complaints. I’m in agonizing pain, constantly. I’ve lost 40 pounds since I started seeing Dr Goyal, as she’s destroyed my mouth to the point that I literally can’t eat. I left that office today with holes in my privately paid for crown, (3,800 destroyed) and more pain then when I went. So-to reiterate; I had one root canal done; via 8 appts. Then. Agreed to another root canal, and cap. As a cavity “could” be under my cap. The tooth next to it had a cavity, so she assumed it had spread. So she shot number in 6 times, got ANGRY at me bc I continued to feel immense pain, by then my entire face was (still is) numb. And finally she threw her hands up and said I’d have to see a specialist who could, in her words, do nothing more then what she’d already done. I began to cry. I can’t win. So she sent me out, after starting root canal, with holes still in my mouth. Now, still numb, I’m scrambling to find a new emergency appt somewhere , and hoping I don’t get a terrible infection or anything. I am a nervous wreck because of this. I can’t eat. And, now, there is sharp edges, where she drilled holes that keeps cutting my tongue. I can’t feel it, but I taste blood. I honestly can’t believe she sent me out of her office like that. The way that she told me, in an angry tone, that specialist would not be able to do anything more than what she had already done. So, I said to her, well, what’s the point then? What am I supposed to do if I keep feeling it? She shrugged and sent me on my way. She didn’t care. Not a final glance back or word. She disappeared. I stopped at the front desk on the way out and they said they would call me. No referral, no pain medicine. No antibiotic to protect me with the exposed in my teeth right now. Nothing. So, I will be filing some sort of formal complaint when I can, I’ve already done so with my insurance company."
"From the moment we arrived, the staff made us welcomed. They quickly recognized Cassandra’s needs and her functioning level and treated her appropriately. She remained calm, happy and inquisitive. Dr Goyal use of Nitrous Oxide made it possible for her to remove much plaque. Cassandra was born with Angelman Syndrome and pretty much functions at a two year old level and resists brushing. She is also Autistic, as well as an affectionate, curious, happy young lady. We were totally satisfied with our visit. My only regret is that Dr Goyal does not at the present time treat patients at the hospital for a yearly deep cleaning, X-rays and any necessary cavity repair. Hopefully she will one day add this treatment to her practice so that we, among so many parents of adult children with Angelman Syndrome and other special needs, can have her as our dentist."
"First time patient and was very underwhelmed with the practice. Friendly enough from the front desk employees to the Dr but this was the first time going into any dental practice where I was asked if I wanted a cleaning after checking my teeth and reporting everything looked great. I routinely go every 6 months for a cleaning and thought it was standard if covered by insurance?? I replied I did want a cleaning and then the process felt rushed. I’ve been to other practices where my teeth are flossed and more time is taken in the cleaning process. Maybe an off day I’m not sure but will have to find a practice that takes their time even if it is a dental hygienist cleaning the teeth."
"Dr. Goyal is a wonderful dentist. She always makes time for her patients when they have an emergency. As a new patient she saw my son, who has mild autism, in an emergency visit when one of his front teeth that have bonding came off. She bonded it and after the bonding came off again, she quickly made a plan to put a crown on both very bonded front teeth that kept chipping. The crowns came out amazing. My son is very happy with his two crowns. They look very natural."
"Dr. Goyal was very kindhearted and honest. This was my first time getting a dental cleaning and I’d say it went great. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. Dr. Goyal explained the treatment very clearly. I will definitely go back to this office for further treatments."
