"They were the covering dental office while my dentist was on vacation. I woke with a gum infection and they were able to get me an appointment that day, did a comprehensive exam and got me started on the needed antibiotic. Friendly, caring staff. Would use them again."

"(Revised review down to 3 star) It definitely DEPENDS on who is the staff to determine quality of service you have received. I have not had experienced such unprofessional and careless cleaning in the past few years. Obviously there has been quality control of process that needs to be strengthened and communication to streamline with doctor and front desk. I have clarified that doctor mentioned flourish treatment otherwise front desk would completely ignore sending prescription to pharmacy. They now promote flourish treatment even without asking whether I would like to do it or not, with strong position that this is good for you, versus the past I was asked to consent. Pasting fluoride itself bills $25, which does not make sense. (Before) Recommended by my orthodontist, I have started to visit Dr. Sheth office for regular checkup and cleaning. Ever since I have been regular patient! Dr. Nora did my last few fillings before I started ortho invisalign, and I could immediately tell how extinguished she and her team did compared to my prior dentists. I was given two shots of anesthesia to numb half of my face with my precious dentist and that was painful to recover after hours. Not to mention the terrible work he had done as two fillings fell out after just one year. With Dr. Nora, her anesthesia was so timely! The numbing was gone right after I was done with tooth filling. Also the fillings have lasted ever since. During the procedure, she had kept asking how I feel and if anything needs to be adjusted. She also provides good recommendation for any of my teeth issues. After staying with 3 prior dentists, I am glad I could finally find such high quality dentist to stay with on long term."
