"Very unprofessional and rude. I would not trust anyone with their type of bad faith attitude handling my case. Thank god I did not go through with it and I’m taking my case else where. Free or not clients and potential clients deserve respect and clarity. Their means of communication is super sketchy and unprofessional."

"Very very unprofessional. We were not greeted but treated as if we were less than. Cassandra which is one of the attorneys, she was very disrespectful, rude, bossy, and obnoxious. We arrived at 8:14 to take our place in line when we were approached by Cassandra who did not say good mornings by but rather with a nasty dimeanor said “I need a line”. At 9am she came back with the same nasty dimeanor and approached us and said this is not a line as she passed out numbers. I asked her “excuse me if we are here with someone would we need a number” and she replied “you shouldn’t even be in line” in a very nasty way. Then upon entering the building she became blatantly disrespectful any questions that were asked in regards to paper work were disregarded or replied to with a statement of “go sit back down and go wait until someone comes to see you” and I replied “ But I need help and I am number six in line” and then she proceeds to say we don’t go by numbers but by the order of applications “that’s how we do things”. My reply was simple “if I don’t get help with my application how am I to keep my place in line I am to be here all day because I am not able to get help with this application. I tried to report the issue and yet when I call the center I get nothing but a recording. I am warning individuals of this misfortune and the unprofessional people in whom you may encounter while trying to better yourself and your lifestyle. We are no different from the next and should be treated with the same respect as you would treat your peers. I am a customer and it made me sick to my stomach to witness such rudeness and unprofessionalism from an individual. BEWARE!! -Conclusion: I chose to walk out along with some other people who felt the same as I did and took our business elsewhere with all the negativity in the world who needs to be mistreated by someone who is supposed to be helping you. That is what they are there for to help! I hope this helps. World relief or Casa de Maryland would be more beneficial."

"It is one of the best places to help Latinos with medical, legal paperwork for immigration, and to learn English as a second language. It is runned by Catholic Charities of Baltimore. The staff is highly knowledgeable and well known throughout the community. Anyone who would like to volunteer as well as learn Spanish it is a great place to do so."
