"The ranger station itself is just that. A ranger station for employees. Nothing for the public. The park around it is great. Multiple hiking and biking trails to the Patapsco River and water falls. Kids play area. Many pavilions for family outings. A ton of parking. Recent rains have made part of the Switchback Trail inaccessible. Still highly recommended. Update - watch out for poison ivy on Switchback Trail. Just appeared on a couple of the overgrown spots. Not much, but it is there."
