"There are 8+ miles of trails here easily (between the Kowomu side and the Spiegle hill side). Many on Spiegle are narrow and designed for biking. On the Kowomu side, they are wider equestrian trails. Lots of wildflowers in the spring, birds, etc. Not overly crowded. But many trails are not well blazed, and they are not well maintained. Expect to find overgrown paths, downed trees that are not removed, very muddy sections, and the occasional wash-out. A nice place for a quiet hike if you don't mind things being rough and know how to navigate back to your car. If you don't mind fording streams, you can get to Hashawha from here. Mind the ticks!"
