Waters Landing

Waters Landing is a vibrant community located at 13701 Waters Landing Drive in Germantown, Maryland, United States. The community is governed by the Waters Landing Board of Directors, who hold regular meetings to discuss important matters such as budget approvals and member appointments. Residents are encouraged to attend these meetings and participate in the open forum to address any concerns they may have.

In addition to the Board of Directors meetings, the Architectural Environmental Review Committee (AERC) also meets regularly to review applications and make decisions in real time. Residents can stay updated on these meetings and other community news by checking their mail for payment coupons and important announcements.

Waters Landing residents are reminded to properly dispose of their trash on designated collection days, which are Monday and Thursday.
