"I don't know what demographic their positive reviews come from, but I hope all the reviews are based on genuine experiences! However, my actual experience with the treatment process was very vague. Since most customers in this field are not experts, they end up accepting all the "necessary" and "non-necessary" treatments. The worst part is the poor quality of the dental materials they use. The surfaces of my repaired teeth feel rough, like licking plaster. I won't continue to choose this place for treatment."

"Our experience with them were so bad, we don't even want to refresh it. They were like wolves under sheep's skin. They always want you to do unnecessary procedures ( other dentists say uncessary) and they put unnecessary medicine on you regardless your health conditions were not allowed with your doctor. When you rejected their unnecessary procedures, their wolf's characters showed. They started humiliated you and became very nasty. When you wanted to withdraw from them and wanted your personal information back, they rejected and dared you to go to court to ask them back. An office is run by a husband and a wife. Go figure how unprofessional they can be. Those five stars reviews were from their friends who never did any review on Google before but only did a review for them. Go figure."

"The best caring dentists I ever have! I had been tried my best to avoid dentistry as much as I could for many years because of my sensitivity. I just hated the sound of the machine and any device put in my mouth. My friend referred this place to me because her five years old loved it. I decided to give it a try, starting with cleaning. To make the appointment is very easy. Dr. Cheng explained eveything nicely in the phone and got things all ready before we got in. Dr.Ding was so unbelievablely patient and gentle! She totally understand why someone like me got so scared at dentistry. She definitely spent much more time with me than usual to make sure I have been comfortable. I really appreciate her wonderful work. We have been back regularly for cleaning, deep cleaning, fixing the bad teeth. Even my experience for root canal was not painful at all!!
