"I have been a patient for 18 years and the last time I went to this place the dentist told me I had 5 teeth that had a cavity or needed a cap when I went back two weeks later to have my 5 teeth fixed they only fixed two and I asked about the others and they told me there were just two teeth. When I asked about the 5 teeth they told me had issues the dentist stated that was incorrect what they told me. Then the office manager is extremely rude! I asked if I could pay two days later cause that’s when I was getting paid by my job and the office manager states I was trying to not pay them at all. When I called back two days later to pay my bill she stated I was trying to avoid paying them as I’m giving her my card number. Then I had to go to another dentist to get my two teeth fixed that Sussex dental supposedly fixed because after Sussex dental messed with them I had sever issues."

"Great staff, Dr.Y is great. The assistants are awesome. What I think needs to change , is having to pay everything up front, especially when having extensive dental work done. It use to be , where the insurance paid , you paid what you could, and then you could have a monthly plan if needed. That would help out the customers alot more. Things are so expensive, not everyone has that extra money laying around. Thx ."
