"I don’t know how this place has 4 stars. This is the worst wendys i’ve ever been to. I’ve been here multiple times and there’s something wrong every time we go. Tomatoes on our burgers when we ask no tomatoes, forgetting the sauce, food is cold, burgers cooked way too much we can’t even eat it. we threw away the burgers we ordered today because they were inedible. Unfortunately this is one of the only places to eat open later at night so we kept going back but this was our last time. they need to hire a whole new staff because they are honestly horrible. i’ve never experienced such bad service and as many mistakes at one place than here. you have one job"

"This Review is only about Wendy's NASTY FOUNTAIN drinks... The Coke machine is absolutely disgusting!! It never tastes like whatever option you select....it tastes like 10 different drinks mixed together!! And this is sad because Wendy's IMO is hands down the best fast food joint in Butler, Pa"

"I ordered online right at 10:30 am. because I wanted lunch and not breakfast. I was about 10 minutes away. When I got to the speaker, I waited for 10 minutes before I could inform them that I had previously ordered online. Then they told me to pull up to the 2nd drive thru window, and I also waited there for another 10 minutes. And they appeared to be decently staffed. When the young lady came to the window, she handed out my food, and 2 of my 4 sandwiches were wrong. I had to park and go in. They made it right. But inside, I also had to wait in line. This was FAR from fast food."

"They keep messing my orders up. I take my food to work and eat it so I don't unwrap my food at the drive thru. I don't want it cold. and my work is out of town so I don't realize it's messed up until I'm already gone. So I ordered j new nacho burger number 11 and paid $11 something for the meal. I get to work open my food up take a bite and it's chicken inside the nacho burger bun. I was extremely disappointed. I've been wanting to try this nacho burger since it came out."
