Applebee's Grill + Bar 500 Butler Crossing, Butler, PA 16001

"I ordered a quesadilla on the Applebees app on Dec 8 and there is an option to remove the chicken which I did bc I am a vegetarian. I got home and there was chicken on it. I live 20 minutes from the restaurant so it was not convenient to go back. I called the restaurant to speak to a manager and she said she would mail me vouchers and took my address. It's over a month later and I never received the vouchers. I tried calling the restaurant twice today and keep getting a message to enter an access code after sitting on hold several minutes. Everyone makes mistakes but when the manager offers to correct the mistake and fails to, that's unacceptable."

"I had the riblet plate which is the smaller version of the platter with only 1 side instead of 2. It was plenty for me. The honey bbq sause was a little more spicy/tangy than I expected but still very good. My side was the cheesy broccoli-very good but not sure it’s worth the up charge. My husband had the ribeye which he thoroughly enjoyed. I usually get the chicken quesadilla at happy hour when it’s half price but we decided we were way too full to add that this time."

"Grilled chicken and Cajun Salmon dinners were spot on. Vegetable sides and our other sides were also just done the way we prefer. Service was prompt and friendly. Bartender Sarah mixed a nice drink. First time we've stopped in at this location and will return in the future if in area. We've been to their other locations and they were not always as good (maybe only a 3 or 4 star) as this one on our visit."

"Carly took great care of us. Attentive and friendly aervice Ordered the French dip with fries and spicy crispy chicken sandwiches with fries. Both very delicious. The triple chocolate cake rounded out the meal nicely. Grav yourself a prickly pear margarita, class is rimmed with lemon sugar rim. A great way to quench your summer thirst. Local flare covers the walls from sports teams like penguins and steelers to local spots teams."

"Nice relaxing atmosphere. They have a full bar (spirits, wines and beers). Very nice menu with plenty of items in each category like steaks, chicken, sea food, pork, salads, Veggies and appetizers. The staff are professional, friendly and attentive. There are men and women restrooms and handicap parking and access. Nice dinning experience. When back today 6/16/23. Had a wonderful meal and our server Harley was excellent. Harley was very professional, friendly and attentive. It's always a pleasure eating here when we are visiting Butler."
