"Everyone there is great, Dr. Basim is so gentle that I could fall asleep while he’s working on my teeth and Donna is absolutely lovely. If I moved an hour away I would drive all the way here for my appointments rather than try to find another dentist."
"I’ve been coming to this dental office for the past few years and love it. I used to hate going to the dentist but they are all so friendly and professional that I love it now. I came in for a root canal with Dr. Basim and he was so quick and reassuring. My kids saw Dr. Nicole and they adored her. Highly recommend!"
"ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!! I went here in January for slight cold sensitivity and they told me I had 11 cavities. After getting four fillings in the top right and two in the bottom left, the areas where the fillings were got extremely painful to the point where I clenched my face all day. Eating and drinking became almost impossible. My entire jaw throbbed constantly and I had to take ibuprofen every four hours for MONTHS. I went back three times telling them how badly it hurt but they kept telling me nothing was wrong and to use sensitive toothpaste and keep taking ibuprofen. My last filling by them was in April and it was now July with constant pain not getting any better. He said this feeling was normal and could last a whole year? I've gotten a lot of dental work in the past including removing all wisdom teeth, getting braces, fillings, crowns, and teeth pulled. NOTHING has ever had that much pain. I stopped going and went to another dentist who told me the fillings the Smile Center did were very wonky and they were causing my gums to be extremely inflamed. The new dentist told me I only had two cavities that they could see, and not five (which is what the Smile Center told me I had left). The new dentist did two fillings and I feel absolutely no pain there at all. They also told me the fillings the Smile Center did will have to be removed and redone. Now I've maxed out my insurance and I most likely did not need all of the fillings that the Smile Center did incorrectly and charged me for. The Smile Center also sent me bills weeks after I paid for my appointments and told me that it was because my insurance didn't pay them enough? Save yourself money and a whole lot of pain by NOT going here."
"Although it's a dental office the atmosphere is very relaxing and staff members are very pleasant . The main reason it's relaxing is because mi have the same person each time (Heidi ) she is very good at her job."
"I've been a patient of Dr Hudak's for several years. From the very first visit, I have had nothing but good experiences under his care. He is gentle, pleasant, takes his time and explains everything he is going to do before and while he is doing it. The office is clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly and accommodating. And my teeth look great!!"
