"Not my first experience with Dr. Jacobus and his staff but just as excellent. From check in through the procedure, there was never an issue. As for the procedure, I had two cracked molars extracted. Quick and painless. Removed the gauze an hour later and bleeding had already stopped. No pain so no need for aspirin or pain meds. I forgot to apply ice packs to keep any swelling down but there was none. Slept like a baby last night! Great job, guys!"

"Most unprofessional office staff - 1 week to return both an online request for appointment and a voicemail. I have a wife who is a recovering stroke survivor. Then received 4 different calls to schedule an appointment after one had finally been made for the first Appointment available. Receptionist who made the appointment took all the information needed to schedule us - very simple “there is a possibility there is a tooth chip embedded in my wife’s upper lip from a fall” I advise our dentist did not have the equipment to xray to see if the chip was in the lip hence his recommendation to go to Somerset Oral Surgery Scheduling receptionist advise “we may need to do scan as an xray didn’t pick up a fragment.” Not only did I provide this information on the digital request for appointment- the voicemail I left - the receptionist who scheduled us - but also on their required pre-appointment questionnaire. Today I was required to obtain a “referral” to honor my appointment by a Daphne who arrogantly lectured me on HIPPA laws after my wife provided consent to speak with me - remember my wife is a stroke survivor - she never reviewed notes from when schedule was made never looked at my required pre-appointment paperwork all of which would have clarified why a formal dentist referral was not logical. When you act like a business you are then held by business practices- respect and listen to your customer I lost it - told her to go $)); herself and canceled the needed appointment I was unprofessional after I was treated unprofessionally"

"The staff was very polite and responded to questions quickly. They made sure everything was completed prior to appointment and have followed up afterwards to ensure I was well after the procedure. Office was very clean and well organized. The Oral Surgeon explained procedures thoroughly and appointment went well."
