"Had a 12:00 appointment and arrived 20 minutes early for any paperwork or consent forms. None were needed. Ended up waiting a whole hour just to be seated in the chair to wait another 30 minutes. Anesthesia was finally administered and the dentist left again for another 20 minutes. Filling work did not start until 1:30, almost two whole hours after arriving at the office.
