"My grandmother has been with them for 25 years, I’ve been with 4 years. This isn’t a perception, this is what happened! Pam was my agent. I work at a dealership and buy a lot of cars so I’m always adding and dropping vehicles. I had a 22 Bronco Sport, the monthly premium was $140, I called and said I wanted to trade and Pam said the payment would go up to 190 with adding my 23 Colorado, I get the first payment and it’s $310 taken out of my account. I call in to say I want to stop automatic payments and they said the premium would go up to 245 monthly. I said 55 bucks for paying myself, they said no it would be 225 if you didn’t. I said Pam said it would be 190. The apologized and had Pam call me. Pam said right away we’ll you had had accidents ( the accidents were known about and they fell off after 3 years) She gave me the quote that she lied about when she said 190, we all know you see people records when you quote premiums and there were no new accidents or tickets and years! She told me 190 two months ago. She said I don’t know what tell you, Progressive does what they want. I said didn’t even call when the first payment of 310 came out cause I don’t have the time to stress about this and I’m very reasonable person I deal with customers every day. I said I sent you two referrals and you didn’t send gift card and I just let that go to I had to call and ask the office. She was very cold and said I don’t know what to tell you, I’m not doing this Justin! I said I need you to cancel the automatic payments. She said do it yourself! I would highly NOT recommend dealing with Pam. She’s not truthful!"
