"It’s unfortunate I need to give a bad review because of the poor customer service of the receptionist/office staff. The quality of customer service has drastically decreased. I’ve lost count as to how many times they’ve rescheduled me. Upon rescheduling in the past 5-6 months, I am promised to be placed on a call list - I’ve never been called from this list. The wait times on the phone are ridiculously long. The actual dentists and hygienists that have treated me have been good, which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 0. I can’t get an appt. Switching to another dentist!"
