"An unprofessional staff member kept calling another staff member over to help because she didn’t know what she was doing. It was a very simple task, just braces maintenance and I don’t feel safe trusting her with my teeth. My teeth have hurt more than usual since then. It was a blond girl, although I am not sure which one as masks were on."
