"A great place to take out if you put your kayaks in at Burnside Bride road. The bank is steep but easily navigable. Parking is at will and has no marked spots. Beware: some people may not like you parking next to them and leave passive aggressive notes."
"Stopped here on the way from PGH to Baltimore. Summer Road Trip. It was a bit further off the highway than it looks. It turned out to be a nice lunch stop. There was picnic tables, and a nice bathroom. Boats were coming and going regularly. The descriptions of the history of the area were nice. I can't believe people built all that just to shave time on their trip down the river."
