"Doctor and hygienists that saw me were nice enough, but after multiple issues with the office, I will not be returning. My dentist moved to this location earlier in the year, and right before they moved, I had a cavity filled. The filling was aching, so I called this new location to schedule a time for it be grinded down, and the soonest 'emergency appointment' (verbatim) they had was 3 weeks from that day, I had to ask the receptionist if she stated the correct month. They did eventually get me in a week earlier than that, but that was an awful long time to wait with an aching mouth for a 10 minute appointment. More recently I had a cleaning scheduled for Oct 30 that I ended up needing to reschedule. When I called the office, the receptionist was oddly antagonistic when talking to me. Of course, she couldn't find my appointment anywhere, and when she finally found it (on the exact date and time I told her), she asked why I would even schedule a cleaning for October when I "wouldn't be due until November in her opinion". First, Oct 30 is hardly far away from November, and if I wanted to I could get a cleaning done every month if I was willing to pay. Also her 'opinion' was based off the fact that she thought that my last cleaning was in May, but my appointment in May was a cavity filling, and my cleaning was indeed 6 months ago, in April. She asked me a few times why I would ever schedule my appointment like that, and it was very strangely antagonistic. She then informed me that they are booked through February and they are not booking any more appointments past then so I would have to be put on a wait list for one. None of these issues are worth coming here."
"I am editing this review because the practice has still not refunded me for the charges that were covered by insurance. They should not have charged me at all as my insurance does not involve any copay, but they overcharged me at the time of service. Even after my insurance paid them for whatever they owed the practice, they still have not refunded me for what I was charged. It is such a hassle to deal with this practice for over two months for a simple refund. We will not be returning just to avoid all this headache. Absolutely terrible business."
"Ms Mina was so incredibly helpful and gentle. I felt like she was already doing what the dentist herself was supposed to. She was patiently explaining everything to me. BUT The dentist messed up my whole face while doing something as simple as injecting the local anesthetic. I walked around with a purple face for weeks. They didnt follow up with me once. Even my plumber follows up after each appointment. First and last time coming to this office only because of how they handled a mistake. Mistakes happen i understand. They could have easily redeemed themselves if dentist gave me a call about how i was doing after messing up my face accidentally."
"I've been coming to this dentist for over 10 years. The practice has certainly gone through some changes in routine but the service has been consistently decent. My issue is with the one receptionist, I believe her name is Jasmine. I called to schedule a follow up appointment and was surprise at the haste and demeanor of the receptionist. She had an attitude, scheduled my appointment in a rush, and immediately hung up.. no "goodbye".. or "see you Tuesday"..., normal courtesy. After which I received a text reminder for the wrong time. I assumed she was having a bad day and didn't want to say anything but after interacting with her again a few weeks later... it seems that she either hates her job or needs better training. I called to cancel my son's appointment and she had an attitude (as if it was inconvenient for her), gave me a lecture about canceling appointments and then she hung up abruptly again! I'm not sure how she was hired but her attitude is bad for business. If this were my first time scheduling at this office I would be turned off immediately. I have spoken to other receptionists at this office and they all act and sound professional. I hope someone will have a talk with her."
"Been going here for years. I've had so much work done and it has always gone well! I've always liked all of the medical and administrative staff so its not easy for me to give 3 stars. But recently when I call there is a newer person at the front desk who's not pleasant to speak to over the phone. She always hangs up abruptly or transfers me without any warning. Either in person or on the phone it seems like she becomes upset if I ask her to do anything other than simply take my money for payment. My doctor cleans my teeth or handles my x rays but this is the person I have to go through to make appointments or ask questions about insurance. Which I did last year. I had to call back at least 3-4x (one call which i simply returned after she called me by accident) over the course of 3 months for updates on my insurance status for something I wanted to get done right away. The calls were so unpleasant and the process so unorganized that I decided to go with a different practice for the procedure. Personally, I've done front desk/clerical work most of my career so I know its not always a good time but I wouldn’t take my daily exasperation out on clients. I really don't want to lose the doctors I've had for so long but I might be looking elsewhere."
