"Very pleased with the process of my sons surgery. They were considerate of my request and sent out someone to talk to me if any changes were made to my sons surgery plan after they took X-rays. After the surgery was done, Dr. Quinn came to the waiting room, pulled up a chair and explained everything they did. Everything went smooth and to my surprise my son had no trouble eating the same day. But their customer service through the phone needs a lot of work. Very hard to reach, unless you happen to stumble upon a person that actually cares."

"DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THEIR OFFICES!!! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN INVOLVED WITH. MY DAUGHTERS FIRST APPT. THEY SCHEDULED HER SURGERY. TWICE WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE BC OF COVID, NOT LIKE IT WAS ANYONE'S BUSINESS THAT WE HAD IT. HOWEVER, WHEN I REFUSED TO RESCHEDULE SURGERY A 3RD TIME, (BC I WANTED A 2ND OPINION, CHANGES TO MY DAUGHTER'S HEALTH) THE OFFICE LIASON THREATENED TO CALL DHS ON ME, AND SHE DID!! DHS HAS CALLED, VISITED MY HOME....THE LIASON TRIED TO LIE AND SAY SHE OFFERED ME OTHER OPTIONS BUT SHE DID NOT. SHE TRIED TO FLEX AND BULLY ME WITH DHS, SO I WOULD RECONSIDER ALLOWING THEM TO OPERATE IN MY DAUGHTER'S MOUTH. ABSOLUTELY NOT! ALL THE CHILDREN THIS CITY HAS NEGLECTED AND THEY CHOSE ME TO FOCUS ON. DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL!!"
