"Please be aware, this office may be trying to hide my review but if you see it please read through. This is the worst most toxic dental office I have ever had the misfortune of going to. These providers are all only in it for the money and don't actually care about any of their patients. Both my grandma and grandpa have medicare. At first, they said "yes we do take your insurance," then they had us get them all worked up over several months (which really should have only taken 1 month, but they were refusing to send prior authorizations in a timely manner) to only send us to find our own oral surgeons (which takes time too). My grandma got her extractions done at Jefferson (wonderful office). My grandpa was recommended to an affiliate to this office who ultimately said "we don't take your insurance anymore" so now, we go back. This office tells us "since we already did more than half of your grandma's process for dentures (fittings/moldings/xrays/cleanings) then we will complete her dentures even though we don't take your insurance anymore." (keep in mind at this point, prior auths have already been approved for both grandparents) For my grandpa, they said "nope since he still didnt get his surgery, we're not going to do anything further because we don't take medicare." Ok I understood that, so we're finding another dentist for him but thankfully we don't need to go elsewhere for my grandma right? HOWEVER, NOW 1 week later, I'm told, "nope we're not doing your grandma's dentures anymore either, go find somewhere else" How on earth is it remotely ethical to completely lie to your patients saying one thing and then next week throwing us out to the curb. I have never been more livid and disrespected in my whole life. Please, if you have any self-respect as a person, do not go to this office. They truly are so slow in uptake and ultimately, out there to waste peoples time, because time is money. The longer you stay in their office, the more money they make and can take from you. They truly have no care for the vulnerable elderly patients. Please save yourself the heartache and go to someone that actually values peoples lives. Please also avoid their affiliate office where their surgeon is located with the same name under A1 because they also led us on about doing my grandpa's surgery and then suddenly changing their mind last minute. I will also definitely be taking my story to the local media because of how my family has been treated here."

"Absolutely literally original back alley ghetto “doctor”. Good luck getting someone to answer phone, return a call or get a RX refill for MOUTHWASH after calling for WEEKS. NOTE: Dr Brushy of drop out of real medical school will be to checking his webinar license. Start finding a new “doctor”. The phone is the cashiers cell phone The pictures were staged by a realtor and cleaned by a professional, it’s not like that Referrals are not completed timely nor even have the correct insurance info Want pain and suffering for MONTHS I’ll attach pic when these likes go up"
