"I don’t like when people treat me wrong and lie to me about something serious! Heres the issue. My teeth haven’t hurt in 10 years. I go there get a cleaning they tell me come back for a filling. Ok cool. I come back they do a filling and I’m telling the dentist that after the last visit my teeth been hurting on this one side. This lady looks straight in my mouth where it was hurting and said “nothings wrong just floss often”. Im worried like well why it hurt then. She finish my filling and before I can sit up to rinse mouth out she was gone GONE. Ok whatever. The service sucks the dentist are mean so I’m like I’m not going back. Well guess what? They were the only ones open the day before thanksgiving for an emergency because I’ve been in pain since the last visits. Tell me why this one male doctor looks at my mouth and says oh you got a bad cavity right here and need a root canal right now! Now I’m livid because why the lady tell me nothing was wrong there? She didn’t even mention a cavity. He then numbs me and have me wait an hour and a half and had to numb me again because it wore off. As he is doing my root canal he takes 2 lunch breaks! How I know? He smelled like meat each time he came back and I don’t eat meat. I was waiting over 7 minutes each time with sticks sticking out my tooth. No communication as to why and he didn’t even say he will be back I look up and he was gone. Oh and he couldn’t find a helper because they was in the back eating thanksgiving food. EDIT TO REPLY TO OWNER: There is no making it right. My mouth is jacked up and my experience was bad. Tell the dentist to at least say have a good day before they leave. Also some after care instructions will be nice. I will not return but I hope the best your you and yours."

"I just got 8 broken teeth pulled and didn't feel anything. I had to make a review. They are very nice here all of them! They are going to fix my whole mouth! Kids take care of your teeth, but if you didn't, go here they are great"

"1st let me start by saying I am an official Google reviewer! I was referred to Dr. Kim from a friend and I had a lot of dental work that needed to be done so I made sure that this dentist was going to get the job . As I write this review I am still going to Dr. Kim as my dental work is not complete. I had read all the reviews prior to making an appointment so i must say that if anyone has a bad thing to say about this dental office they are most likely a "Karen" or a "John" ! From the 1st day I arrived I was respectfully greeted and all the staff were respectful. Dr. Kim bedside manner was a 10. As I was getting my dental work done he continued to make sure that I was in no pain and if I was told to just rise my hand up and he would make sure it was taken cared of immediately. So far I have gotten a deep cleaning and 3 root canals with 3 crown replacements just on one side . One of my temporary crowns had broken and with in the same day I was seen and it was replaced even better than before. The two dental assistants that replaced it were very friendly and did a wonderful job . I was keeped laughing as to not be think about the job being done . I would recommend this place as I also have taken two of my kids thus far and they have not stated any negative things about the staff or Dr. Kim . Hope your experience is as great as mine but If your looking for a dental care office this is the place to go."
