"Blatantly terrible. My car broke down on Monday night and I scheduled a tow truck from Thompson Auto Services through Progressive roadside assistance to pick it up Tuesday morning. I got a receipt that it was delivered to the exact location I had asked for but the shop did not have it. Call progressive to figure out where it is, both them and I can't get ahold of the towing company (no website, calls go straight to voicemail with no voicemail set up, number is not tied to any business on google.) So who knows at this point where my car is. Three days later after calling five times, being promised by the regional manager that she would expedite the process and call me back on Thursday (this review was written on Friday) and getting no calls back, it takes my co-worker seeing it still on the highway for me to finally know where it is. So here I am trying to call in to speak to the regional manager again and I've been hung up on twice so far by reps after I, while having every right to be angry, calmly explained to them the situation and then after they send the message onto the manager the call is disconnected. After I already paid for this service is this the customer support I should receive?"
