Reviews of The Employment Law Group
"When you require legal representation if your like me it’s hard to figure out the right law firm, one which you can trust will not just take your case for walking you through the process but rather one that will give you an honest assessment of your claims. I know this as I had representation prior to The Employment Law Group and unfortunately I realized they were simply walking through the process and not assisting me strategically. Nor did they take the time to know my case. I found The Employment Law Group and my attorney, Michael Vogelsang, was the first person who gave me comfort through his thorough analysis, honest feedback and extreme knowledge of the laws. I couldn’t provide a higher recommendation for this law firm. Especially in Federal discrimination cases."
"1. The judge did not award over $13K out of my six figure legal fee, because my attorney failed to submit the legal fee on time and failed to request for an extension for the hours worked after the deadline. 2. The judge did not award 50% of travel fee (appx over $7K) stating my attorney charged me 100% of her hourly fee, but the travel charge was supposed to be 50% of attorney's regular hourly fee, not 100%. (I appealed my loss of $21K from #1 and #2 to this law firm, but they refused to be responsible for my loss in legal fee stating that I had signed on the contract to pay for whatever I'd get charged. I don't think it meant I should have paid for wrongful charge by the firm.) 3. The firm assigns a legal clerk to an attorney to assist. For years including during long waits with nothing was going on, I had a few new legal clerks and I got charged $$$ for all of their hourly fees for my case. I found out some of them were still with the firm. Why did the firm keep switching them out and keep charging me for the same work the first legal clerk had done which I had already paid for? Whatever happened after his departure, and whoever was assigned to the attorney, I should have not paid for the 2nd, 3rd etc for the same work the 1st had already done - case file review (thousands of page long), meetings for brief by attorney etc.. whatever the 2nd, 3rd etc did, the firm should have covered their hourly fees, not me."
"I had a great experience with TELG. They were professional, responsive, and worked to accommodate my schedule which I appreciated. The consultation was clear, to the point, and satisfied the questions I had. I would definitely recommend TELG!"
"My attorney worked efficiently, effectively, and as timely as he could barring any pushback from my employer. My attorney and his law clerk were in constant contact with me about any updates and the like. Would I recommend TELG? Yes. 100%. They exceeded my expectations."
"My experience with everyone at The Employment Law Group was excellent. They were quick to respond to all forms of contact and readily and timely available for discussion on any and all matters. They listened intently and responded professionally and sensibly, giving me a high level of comfort of their expertise in employment law. I would recommend them to anyone with issues relating to one’s employment."
