Had to file a complaint against them with department of health for refusing to fill a prescription just because I didn't accept something that wasn't needed I wouldn't suggest going here to any one they are very unprofessional if I could give them a zero star I would"

"We just had the best customer service experience with Beck, pharmacist from Brookville medicine shoppe in Brookville! We discovered that My 94 year old mother had run out of an important med, on a Friday, after business hours. I called and reordered by phone, and left a message about the situation. Beck was still there and heard the message and called me back and went WAY above and beyond to make sure mom got her med and was taken care of, even though the medicine shoppe wasn’t even open the next day! Wow!! What a rare gem of a person she is! Here’s a huge thank you to The Medicine Shoppe, and Beck for Truly being customer oriented, and really caring about people!"

"It's a decent pharmacy to go to to get Your Prescriptions filled. Fast and friendly service. Most of the time it's quick and ready to go in just a few minutes. The One Main Down Fall Now is. They are No Longer Open on Saturdays and that actually really sucks because a lot of People are needing to get the Prescription They Need filled on a Weekend."

"I have been filling my prescriptions here for about two years or more. My script is always ready within about five minutes of being there. Out of the two or so years I've been filling my scripts there's only been two maybe three times I had to either wait or come back the next day. If my script is not in they call me as soon as it arrives. And they also call to wish me a Happy Birthday every year. I love it there and the employees are extremely nice."
